Fuwa Fuwa, meaning “fluffy fluffy”, is best known for introducing Japanese souffle pancakes to Canadians. It made waves in 2018 with the opening of its first location on Bloor Street West, attracting hundreds of excited customers eager to try their signature souffle pancake recipe. Over the last few years, the Toronto-based brand has expanded its menu to include dessert items that fuse the best of many worlds, including its line-up of in-house made Fatcarons, Asian-twisted Basque Burnt Cheesecake, Signature Crepes and Specialty Waffles.
