On March 1, the Bloor Annex will welcome a new boutique hotel called Nomas Hotel. A new project by Jeffrey Chu of Yuugi Izakaya, 915 Dupont, and Tebasaki Wing House, the main floor will also feature a café called Bellis that will turn into Japanese-Italian fusion cocktail and snack bar at night.
